Build Your Service Catalog and Price List (Reuse It in Every Booking)

Updated 18 October 2026

Your service catalog is your price list: Bridal Makeup ₹25,000, Pre-Wedding Shoot ₹40,000, Mehendi (both hands) ₹5,000 and so on. Once your services are saved, adding them to a booking or invoice takes a single tap. You don't have to retype prices, and your numbers stay consistent. Services can also appear on your public profile as a price list clients can browse.

In this tutorial

Step 1: Open your service catalog

Go to Settings → Billing & Services and open the Services tab. You'll see your Service Catalog. If it's empty, tap Add your first service.

Step 2: Add a service

Tap Add Service and fill in:

  • Service Name: what clients see on the invoice, for example Bridal HD Makeup
  • Price: your standard rate. You can still change it per booking.
  • Description: what's included, for example Includes hairstyling, draping and lashes

Step 3: Choose what shows on your public profile

Under Public Profile Visibility:

  • Show on profile: list this service on your public page
  • Display price publicly: show it as a starting price
  • Public Description: a client-friendly version of the description. If you leave it empty, the main description is used.

Switch off Show on profile for internal items like travel charges.

Step 4: Add GST details (if you send GST invoices)

Switch on Add GST/Tax Details and enter:

  • HSN/SAC Code: the service code for what you offer. Look up the correct code on the GST portal or ask your CA.
  • Default GST %: the GST rate for this service. 18% is common for services, but confirm yours.

These fill in automatically when you add the service to a GST invoice.

Tap Save. Repeat for each service you offer.

Step 5: Use your services in a booking

When you create a full booking or an invoice, tap Add, start typing a service name, and pick it from Your services. The price fills in, and you can adjust the quantity or price for that client.

Tips for a good price list

  • Name packages clearly: Bridal Package (Makeup + Hair + Draping) reads better than Package A.
  • Add the extras you often charge: travel, early-morning fee, extra family member, trial session.
  • Review prices every season. Update the catalog and every new booking uses the new rate. Older bookings keep their original prices.
