Manage Booking Inquiries and Your Client List in One Place

Updated 18 October 2026

Every inquiry from your public profile lands in Inquiries with the client's name, phone, event type, date, city and message. You can reply in one tap, then accept it as a booking or decline it. Once someone books, they're saved in Clients, your simple CRM with every client's contact details, notes and booking history.

Part 1: Inquiries

How clients send you an inquiry

On your public profile, clients tap Send Inquiry and fill in their name, phone, email (optional), Instagram, booking type, preferred date, event city, expected guests, how they found you, and any additional details. They get a reference number on the confirmation screen.

You get a push notification for every new inquiry.

See all inquiries

Go to Studio → Inquiries (or Inquiries in the desktop sidebar). Each inquiry has a status:

Status Meaning
New Just arrived, not opened yet
Viewed You've opened it
Contacted You've called, messaged or emailed them
Converted Accepted and turned into a booking
Declined You can't take it

Use Search inquiries… and Filter by status to focus on the ones you need to reply to.

Reply and convert

Open an inquiry to see the Booking Details, Message and How they found you. Then:

  • Tap Call, WhatsApp or Email to reach them. The inquiry is marked as contacted.
  • If they confirm, tap Accept Booking. A new booking opens with their name, phone, email, event type, date, city and source already filled in. Add services and the advance, then tap Create Booking, the same way as a full booking. The inquiry is then marked Converted.
  • If you can't take it, tap Decline, add a reason if you like, and confirm.

Speed wins. Couples usually message 3–5 vendors at once. Replying within the first hour hugely improves your chances. Keep notifications on. Read more on converting inquiries to bookings.

Part 2: Your client list

Open Clients

Go to Clients (desktop sidebar, or Quick Actions → Clients on your dashboard). Search, and filter by Active, Inactive or All.

Add a client

Tap Add Client and fill in Name*, phone, email, address, GSTIN (for business clients you invoice), Tags and notes. Uncheck Active Client for people you no longer work with. Inactive clients won't appear in search.

See a client's history

Tap any client to see their contact details (with Call and Email buttons), your notes, and all their bookings. Tap Create New Booking to book them again. When creating a booking, type their name in Client Name and choose them from the list, and all their details fill in.

Tips

  • Tag your clients, for example Bride, Corporate, Repeat or Influencer, so you can find groups later.
  • Note preferences: "Allergic to X", "Prefers soft glam". Your future self will thank you.
  • Always fill in "How did they find you?" on bookings. Analytics then shows which channels bring you the most business.
