Delete your Brightdesk account

This page is for the Brightdesk web app and the Brightdesk Android app (one account for both).

How to delete your account

  • Android app: Settings → Account & Data → Delete Account.
  • Web: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  • Here: sign in below and choose Delete Account.
  • Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the email address of your account.

You can download all your records as spreadsheet (CSV) files first, in the same place.

What happens

Deleted right away:

  • Your business profile: name, contact details, PAN/tax ID, address, logo and signature
  • Your public page, portfolio photos and payment details (bank, UPI)
  • Your sign-in: you are signed out everywhere and can’t sign back in to this account

Kept: Bookings, invoices, payments, expenses, contracts, client details and reviews are kept on our servers and are no longer reachable from any account. Download them first if you need them. Links you shared with clients stop working.

An active Pro subscription is cancelled. Signing in again with the same Google account starts a new, empty account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
